Spotlight Ovations presents “Classroom To Spotlight"

 

Classroom To Spotlight is a VAPA met program that will merge the world of classroom learning and performing arts. This hands on experience will teach basic acting techniques such as projection, stage blocking, articulation and imagination.

Spotlight Ovations will meet with the students for one hour a week for however many weeks the program is contracted for. The class will culminate in a final performance.

 

**HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROGRAM:
* Bringing Performing Arts into the classroom.

* Promoting teamwork and creativity partnered with education.

* Bringing class curriculum to life using performance techniques and games.

* Through voice training and acting, students add their unique personalities and --------------understanding to important classroom lessons.

* Playwriting, movement and performance activities allow the young student to -----------------physically respond and digest the class material being explored.

* We work directly with every teacher to design a program to enhance the -------------------------classroom teachings.

* Our goal is to expand the student's understanding of any subject through ---------performing arts.
