Character Ovations®
San Diego's only Character Education play writing workshops!
This program focuses on the Elements of Positive "ACT"ion by teaching
valuable character traits. “Character Ovations® ” merges character
education and the performing arts through play writing. Classes will choose one of the Elements of Positive "ACT"ion and develop a short play based on the chosen character trait. Through performance students are reminded how to apply the skills learned in the character education program to real life situations during this important developmental time in their lives. We look forward to helping make a difference at your school.

Classroom To Spotlight
Classroom To Spotlight is a VAPA met program that merges the world of classroom learning and performing arts. This hands on experience will teach basic acting techniques such as projection, stage blocking, articulation and imagination.
**HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROGRAM:

* Expands the student's understanding of any subject through performing arts.
* Promotes teamwork and creativity.
* Brings class curriculum to life using performance techniques and games.
* Through voice training and acting, students add their unique personalities to important classroom lessons.
* Play writing, movement and performance activities allow students to physically respond to the class material being explored.
* Enriches your students with a positive, fun and memorable experience.
* We work directly with every teacher to design a program to enhance their classroom teachings.

After School Programs
We offer a multitude of after school enrichment programs. Each program is Character Education based - the characters in the plays learn life lessons that the students in the class are sure to remember!
Classes offered include:
Cirque de La Kidz - Tell some favorite childhood stories - circus style! This is a high energy circus arts program focusing on partner balancing, pantomime and clowning.
Center Stage - rehearse and perform some of our favorite plays and movies (with one of our famous "twists") for family and friends.
Triple Threat Musical Theatre - Sing, dance and act your way to the top through some of our favorite musicals shortened to 20 minutes!
Improv Craze - students will form their own improvisation troupe and perform a live - one of a kind - improv comedy show! Whose line is it? You'll have to come to find out!
Twist-n-Shout - Get up, get down and get funky as we learn many styles of dance including Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Broadway, 50's, and even Disco! Each class will emphasize the importance of stretching and technique as well as how to tell a story using dance, through games and fun music. This new after school program is a must!
All classes have a performance on the last day for family & friends.

We are also available to create a program designed just for your school.
